Develops standards for digitisation at the local and national level. Provides the allocation of URN:NBN persistent identifiers via the CZIDLO tool. Ensures the long-term preservation of digitised documents, including their management and accessibility in the National Digital Library. Responsible for harvesting Czech web content and making it available in the Webarchive on the groundwork of licensing agreements or Creative Commons licenses; the full content is available in the Reference Centre.
