This service provides access to digitised documents published in the Czech Republic that are protected by copyright law (i.e., 70 years have not passed since the death of the author or 50 years since the publication of the work). DNNT documents cannot be purchased in the regular commercial network, even in the form of later editions (including modified or electronic editions).
Approximately 200,000 digitised books and periodicals are available in the out-of-commerce works regime at the moment.
Registered users of the NLCR and *other libraries and institutions* that provide DNNT services can subscribe to digital libraries that offer out-of-commerce works.
After logging in, it is only possible to read out-of-commerce works in the selected digital library. They cannot be downloaded, shared, or printed.
