Loans printed and non-printed documents published since 1801, which are part of the Universal Library Fund (ULF), the Study Fund (SF), or Reserve Funds (RF) in the General Reading Room, the Social and Natural Sciences Reading Room, and the Researchers’ Reading Room. Provides access to the National Digital Library, publicly available databases of the NLCR, selected licensed databases, and the Internet. Provides reprographic services, both self-service and upon request. Builds and manages the reference libraries of individual reading rooms, and participates in the building of the ULF and SF.
