Prepares regular and on-demand information outputs relating to state administration institutions and the founder. Covers the recruitment and selection of employees and onboarding of new employees. Provides a comprehensive HR agenda related to recruitment, employment relations, and employee exits. Assesses whether the personnel policy is conducted in accordance with employment law. Responsible for creating and updating internal personnel regulations and forms. Provides support to employees regarding employment law issues and to senior employees regarding human resources management. -
Wages Department
Responsible for the processing of wages and other benefits provided to employees
Responsible for payroll processing, employment tax, sickness insurance, and social security and health insurance premiums. Carries out assay, analytical, and statistical activities. Provides consultation to employees.
