Implements investment projects in accordance with approved plans.

Coordinates and implements the deployment of departments within the NLCR. Submits draft concepts and plans in the field of investment development and represents the NLCR in negotiations with authorities and organisations. As part of its extensive investment activities, the NLCR focuses mainly on the construction of a new depository in Hostivař and the revitalisation of the Klementinum.

  1. Preparation Department
    Ensures the preparation of investment plans and their project preparation
    Carries out engineering activities, negotiates with the relevant authorities and organisations. Deals with property settlements. Continuously monitors the use of approved and allocated funds. Ensures and coordinates the preparation of investment projects of the NLCR; proposes a plan of internal institutional measures during the ongoing revitalisation.

  2. Implementation Department
    Implements construction investment projects in accordance with approved plans          
    Currently primarily involved in the construction of a new depository in Hostivař and the revitalisation of the Klementinum. Carries out long-term construction supervision; supervises economic and technical procedures during construction, compliance with general construction requirements, and other measures. Communicates with the relevant authorities and bodies and maintains the necessary technical and economic agenda.
