Manages the budget of the NLCR and its discussion and is responsible for compliance with budgetary discipline. Coordinates and methodically manages the economic, accounting, and tax areas of all NLCR departments. Archives the documents of the Economy and Budget Division.
- Information System Department
Comprehensively manages the financial accounting system of the NLCR.
Manages the NLCR financial accounting system methodologically, prepares interim and annual financial statements, and processes statistical reports. Carries out banking operations, manages Czech crown and hard currency cash transactions, business trips, invoices, etc.
Prepares documents for all accounting and statistical reports; participates in the preparation of documents for tax returns. -
Budget and Property Registration Department
Comprehensively manages the NLCR budget and its property records.
In cooperation with other departments, it prepares the draft budget of the NLCR, which, once approved, is broken down for individual departments. Monitors compliance with binding limits, proposes and implements budget changes, and monitors funds use. Prepares management analyses and price quotations at the request of and in cooperation with operational units. Participates in management audits. Monitors the budget for individual projects and prepares the documents for their interim and final reports. Keeps operational records of the assets of the NLCR (classification, disposal and transfers) and carries out inventories.
